Course Structure |

FIRST GRADE
First grade students are divided into two - the Special University Preparatory
Course and the General Course.
The former is designed for students aiming for good universities.
While attaching greater importance to fundamentals, General Course first
grade students
mainly take the usual required subjects.
Students are given comprehensive career guidance and aim to reach the level
required to
move on to the second grade. |

SECOND GRADE
From second grade, the General Course is divided into five further future-oriented
elective courses, making a total of six.
These are the University Preparatory; General Education; Commerce &
Economy;
Electronics & Information; and Volunteer Courses.
Students must fulfil their course subject requirements; and aim to build
on their necessary knowledge and to improve their ability.

THIRD GRADE
The University Preparatory Course is divided into three different courses
in the third
grade, making a total of eight.
These courses are Literature; Science; and Medical.
Students aim to specialize and study their chosen area to maximum effect.

CONTINUOUS TESTING
In order that they get into the practice of studying, students of all grades are given
attainable morning tests.
The tests which take place every week are in Japanese, English and math.

Students of the Commerce & Economy Course and the Electronics &
Information
Course are also taught the necessary points to attain further recognized
qualifications in their fields.

As well as the morning tests above, to increase their ability, second and
third graders take
daily lessons after normal school hours and during vacations.
Some of these lessons are carried out in the Sateline Room (with a special educational
satellite link-up).

Third grade students of the Literature, Science and Medical Courses are
given classes
in smaller groups, increasing both the possibilities for efficient learning and the students'
chances of getting a university place.
